Jolly Green Giant

Ok. Being a little niave about american brands, we have seen this guy on the pea packets we buy, but not really thought anything about it. Well, there is a Giant jolly green giant - at Blue Earth, minnesota. So Denver slept through it (he is getting a habit of sleeping through iconic experiences), but madi was impressed. We must have spent 1/2 an hour there with the giant. His shoe was taller than me.

We got a green giant pin - so Mum was happy. We stayed down the road at Welcome. Great names around here. Nice little campground, great space to pull in and for the kids to play on the grass next to the camper. Stayed here 4 nights, just because - it is quiet, pleasant, kids are having a great time playing here. Tagging this as another great campground to use on a return trip.
